UBS & Sub Systems Operator Specialist

Role Summary

Process the data related to UBS BATCH SYSTEM system (UBS, and sub systems.

analysis on planned changes and project implementation approaches.

As well as ensure the high availability and the business continuity of ubs system

Key responsibilities:

1)Execute procedures the bank systems (Core bank system -) And sub system.

2) upload all needed files on the live database.

3)Monitors the performance during procedures execution.

4) Optimizes the service levels to the end users and ensures good communication with them.

5)Participate in problems solving activities and build up a detailed picture of the problems.

6)Implements coaching,feedback,guidance,motivation,support,development palns and training and encouragement to staff.

7)Implements effective escalation of the reported issues about the procedures of bank systems provides managerial reports as and when required.

Typical skills, and background:

Bachelor's degree in BIS or equivalent majors.

0-2 years experience in banking operation or a similar field.

Work in 24/7 shifts.

Exceptional Written and verbal communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Good command in both Written and spoken English.

Having high problem solving and analytical skills in addition to being proactively working on issues.

Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.

Ensure deliverable are always of a high quality.

Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.

Able to work under pressure.

Multi-tasker.
