About the job Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline initiatives.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters.
- Capture photos and videos during small events or training sessions and share stories on social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including marketing agencies, freelancers, photographers, printing houses, and hotels, to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and deliver consistent brand experiences.
- Develop social media content (e.g., design briefs, captions, reels) and manage client inquiries on social media platforms.
- Support event planning and coordination for trade shows, company events, and webinars.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and update marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
- Strong experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
