Junior CCTV Network control Engineer

Summary of role:

Junior Network control Engineer is responsible for design, implement, maintain, create, configure, troubleshoot issues, ensure Branches network High Availability, administering the Branches and DC network and provide technical support to ensure maximum uptime and high network availability to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

install, configure, administer, manage, analyze, troubleshoot, and document LAN/WAN networks.

Implement and maintain all network and security to meet the Banque Misr current and future requirements.

Manage, Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, cores, etc)

Perform Branches network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

Proactively monitor, identify, analyze, and resolve Branches network and system problems, performance issues, and computer resource allocation.

Monitor Branches network performance and ensure network availability and reliability.

Develop and provide reports on Branches network performance and utilization to management.

Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.

Work closely with existing technical staff to support BM internal collaboration, security and networking infrastructure best practices.

Typical skills, and background:

Bachelor's degree in communication engineering/ computer science

CCNA Certified and preferred to have CCNP.

Preferred Two years of professional experience Network and Information technology experience

. Excellent understanding of the applied IT systems in various areas with the bank

Good knowledge with Routing and switching

Analytical skills.

Problem solving ability.

Deeply understanding of Information Technology
