Devops Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

Continuously deploy new features requested by customers 

Apply updates patches, and fixes on the different environments 

Provide Level 2 technical support Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve deployment experience When needed develop software tools to integrate with internal back-end systems or other external systems 

Investigate and resolve technical issues; perform root cause analysis for production errors Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance Develop scripts to automate visualization Is aware of and participates in defining the Release lifecycle process.

Skills/Qualifications:

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field Work 

experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role 

Good programing/scripting skills Working knowledge of databases and SQL Problem-solving attitude Team
