Key responsibilities:
Design, code, test Siebel application modules or related
applications
according to the technical specification
Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and test
execution
ensuring the application or architecture meets agreed quality
standards
Designing and developing enterprise CRM applications in a
fast-paced, agile environment.
Siebel Integration, web services (integrating web services in
Siebel with other applications and vice versa), REST APIs.
Typical skills, and background:
University degree in a software development area.
4+ Years of Siebel CRM experience
4 Years Or more (Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of functional and
technical out of the-box features of Siebel Release 8 to 22. CRM).
Experience in Siebel Open UI, JQUERY, JSON, HTML and CSS.
Experience in IP 16 & above, experience in IP 22.x knowledge will be an added advantage.
Extensive experience in Siebel configuration, scripting, workflow skills (eScripting /SiebelVB
experience, especially for data validation or business process validation that cannot be
done through configuration).
Continuous learning of the technology followed by Siebel CRM certification(s)
Understanding of the workspace delivery model.
Very Good command of SQL / PL SQL.
Analytical & debugging skills
Ability to translate proposition requirements into clear, concise process design
specifications.
Advanced proficiency using Siebel Tools, including repository management, migration,
Applets,
Views, Business Components, Joins, Links, Data Mapping, etc.
Good knowledge of the systems, laws and regulations governing the work
Good Knowledge of the objectives and different aspects of the bank's activities
