About the job EFT Application Support Consultant
- Main Responsibilities:
Possess specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
Provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
Manage ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
Maintain and updating technical documents and procedures
Manage coordination at a local and international level where required
Deliver regular and customized training to teams within the business
Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organizations systems
Develop reports for teams across the business
- Main Requirements:
Client/server communication, API, Web services, and XML.
UNIX/Linux operating system.
ISO 8583, Financial Transactions Processing, Mobile Payment & Shell scripting.
Base24, EBS, and ACI experience
Bachelor degree from a reputable university or equivalent
+12 years of experience
