Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of high value revenue projects and strategic projects through effective collaborations. Support business case and obtain management approval. Collaborate with Clients, Vendors, Service Providers and other internal/external stakeholders and obtain commitments for issue free delivery of medium size to large projects. Develop and upgrade skill sets of the projects team in order to deliver expected business results.

Job Accountabilities

  1. Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects right from requirement consolidation, conceptualization, planning, execution and delivery.
  1. Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for aligning deliveries with Client expectations.
  1. End-to-end vendor management.
  1. Ensure project implementation within stipulated time lines and budget.
  1. Ensure completion of all documentation in line with Project Management Process.
  1. Manage and sustain issue free delivery of all assigned projects and initiatives in order to achieve required results and ensure good customer experience.
  1. Ensure optimum timelines for obtaining cost approvals through effective collaborations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  1. Manage ongoing communication with all stakeholders with escalations wherever appropriate.
  1. Ultimately responsible for all aspects of the Project right from inception to delivery.
  1. Establish, develop partnerships with Clients by acting as a trusted advisor to NI Clients by identifying/agreeing on needs and pro-actively providing solutions
  1. Provide professional project management support to other internal areas for internal projects/initiatives
  1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects and create good customer experiences through fulfillment of client expectations well within timelines and budget.
  1. Manage compliance requirements during project delivery through adherence to NI policy standards for data security and Visa, MasterCard card scheme mandates.
  1. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and client information
  1. Ensure adherence to NI project management processes and ensure due diligence during all stages of projects/initiatives for quality solution deployment to NI Clients.
  1. Provide guidance to subordinates, ensure effective team building and skill upgrading for subordinates for meeting end objectives

Experience / Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

6+ Years of Experience in the banking and services industry out of which 6 years should be in the payment cards industry and professional management of projects.

Very Good command of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing), or equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level

Well versed in project management techniques, tools and processes and detailed understanding of Project Management Methodology.

Very good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients. Good mentoring, team building, motivating & negotiating skills.
