About the job Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities:

Source and attract tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, and manage the full recruitment cycle.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain strong communication with candidates.

Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified shortlists.

Maintain an updated pipeline and ensure timely reporting on hiring progress.
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a recruitment agency, preferably in tech hiring.

Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.
-
Excellent communication, assessment, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
