Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, and manage the full recruitment cycle.

  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain strong communication with candidates.

  • Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified shortlists.

  • Maintain an updated pipeline and ensure timely reporting on hiring progress.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment agency, preferably in tech hiring.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.

  • Excellent communication, assessment, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
