- Role: Senior System Administrator (Microsoft)
- Responsibilities:
1) Design, implement, and support a highly-available infrastructure of Microsoft Windows, VMware vSphere and Hyper-V servers.
2) Day-to-day operations of the systems including systems administration, monitoring and storage performance.
3) Deploy hotfixes, Rollup updates and security patches on regular basis.
4) Install, configure and troubleshoot MS Active Directory, Group policies, DNS, DHCP, Print service and IIS.
4) Implement, manage, and troubleshoot a vSphere infrastructure including Servers Hardware.
5) Install and configure MS SCCM, SCOM and SCVMM
6) Manage MS Exchange Mailboxes.
7) Participate in projects to implement new backup or storage technologies.
8) Install and manage Endpoint protection solutions.
9) Configure MS cluster, Network card Teaming and NLBs
10) Responsible for Windows servers disaster recovery plans.
11) Assess new technologies and applying industry best practices and methodologies to operations activities.
12) Take lead in resolving operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement necessary corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
13) Updating the technical documentation for windows and hypervisor servers environment.
14) Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.
- Requirements
1) 5 years minimum experience as a system administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment is a must.
2) Bachelor's degree in engineering or Computer Science related discipline.
3) Microsoft Certified System Engineer is a must.
4) VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) is highly desirable.
5) Good knowledge of VMware virtualization technology is a must.
6) In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and MS System center is highly considered.
7) Previous experience with EMC storage is considered.
8) Very good command of English language
