Were looking for an experienced Grafana Engineer to support the design, deployment, and optimisation of observability solutions. In this contract role, you'll focus on building robust Grafana dashboards, integrating data sources, and enabling actionable monitoring for mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, application, and business metrics
• Integrate multiple data sources (Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, etc.) into Grafana
• Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to define key metrics and improve observability strategy
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure clarity and usability for different stakeholders
• Contribute to alerting setup and best practices using Grafana Alerting or Alertmanager
• Support documentation and handover to internal teams at project completion

What You Need:

• Proven experience with Grafana in production environments
• Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring principles
• Familiarity with data sources such as Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, or InfluxDB
• Ability to write performant queries in PromQL, LogQL, and/or Flux
• Experience with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD platforms
• Comfortable working independently and delivering on short timelines
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and stakeholder engagement
