In this role, you'll not only be responsible for managing accounts in Portugal but you will also manage clients in our exciting new market in the UK. This pleezer will be responsible for:
- Be the face of Pleez after client acquisition;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
- Responsible for decrease churn rate;
- Track and report on operational performance, and also clients feedback about potencial product improvements;
- Optimize and implement onboarding processes for restaurants;
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions for clients
Ideal profile
- Focused on results;
- Proactive and resilient: with Duracell batteries;
- A customer-centric attitude and the ability to create long lasting relationships with our partners;
- Advanced english understanding, both spoken and written -> native in spanish!
- Team player;
- Critical mindset to give inputs to the product development market fit;
- Previous experience in food tech and start-ups is a plus.
