About the job Recruitment Manager

  • Full-time, Malta office (hybrid work model is possible: on-site/remote)
  • As the Recruitment manager, you will be supporting and reporting directly to Operations Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively using various channels to search for talent. Headhunting via social media, job boards… aside from receiving direct applications
  • Developing talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future hiring needs
  • Sending sourcing emails and following up with candidates
  • Logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other internal databases
  • Assisting in preparing candidate presentations for the Client
  • Assisting in preparing job offers for candidates
  • Proactively increasing the Talent Pool of candidates for future growth and suggesting better ways of working
  • Determining the recruitment tone of voice (TOV) with the PR and Operations managers
  • Creating Job Ads and always adapting to the PlayMagic TOV to attract the best talent on social media platforms, proposing creative and engaging recruitment material and advertising
  • Supporting with employer branding activities together with PR manager and Graphic designer by proposing creative and engaging recruitment material and advertising
  • Supporting with managing the external advertising and keeping within allocated Recruiting budget
  • Providing regular feedback on overall recruitment, recruitment costs, effectiveness of recruitment channels and maintaining reports as requested
  • Initiating and assisting with improving onboarding, offboarding processes
  • Keeping up with the latest trends of talent sourcing and acquisition


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience within office work
  • Professional level of English is required - written and verbal 
  • Proficient user in all MS Office applications
  • Experience working with LinkedIn
    

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Diploma/Degree in HR is seen as an asset
  • Experience in the GameDev industry
  • Existing base of potential employees
