Senior Motion Graphics Artist (Marketing)
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Motion Graphics Artist or similar role, with a focus on video creation for mobile games or apps.
- Proficient in design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience (1+ months) creating mobile game advertisements and trailers.

Understanding of user acquisition strategies for mobile games.
- Ability to quickly execute changes and iterations based on feedback using tools, often in a few minutes to under an hour.
- Self-starter with a passion for gaming and a drive to produce the best creative output with collaboration.

Ambition to grow into a leadership role.
Nice to haves:

Experience working in the gaming industry.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in creative content production.

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven creative optimisation.
