Job Location: Bangalore On-site

Responsibilities


Guiding Decisions

  • Analyze large datasets with precision and efficiency with the help of SQL and other data processing tools like excel


  • Define clear problem statements and break down solutions working with relevant teams - product, business owners, game design, user acquisition, technology etc.


  • Provide deep dive analysis or standardized reporting as appropriate for each problem


  • Communicate findings, results and recommendations


  • Create standard dashboards and reports in tools like Looker where necessary for clear actionable insights


  • Design, implement and evaluate A/B test experiments



Managing a clean data pipeline

  • Continuously triangulate data to ensure cleanliness by checking on sources like Stores, MMPs, firebase etc


  • Work with the data technology team to integrate data from multiple sources to create a seamless, reliable foundation for decision-making.


  • Help develop proprietary data infrastructure and analytics systems


Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis 


  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write efficient queries that deliver results fast


  • Basic Python skills for automation and data manipulation


  • Experience with Data Visualization tools like Looker, Tableau etc.


  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts to analyze A/B test experiments (confidence intervals, significance testing, etc.)


  • Experience handling large datasets with ease, ensuring both structure and scalability


  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for technical and non-technical teams


  • Ability to communicate with multi disciplinary teams


  • Experience in product analytics is a major plus, helping to refine and enhance user experiences


  • Experience with apps, games or app based user acquisition is a big plus


  • Curiosity for use of AI developments in the field of data is a plus
