Lead Software Engineer

Position: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving technical excellence and high-performance culture.
• Own architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile games.

• Hands-on coding in Unity & C# (expected to ramp up within 6-9 months).

• Improve development velocity, enforce best practices (code reviews, testing, documentation).

• Explore new tools & technologies (including AI) to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

• 8+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong coding skills, software architecture, TDD, and clean coding principles.

• Experience profiling & optimizing game performance.

• Proven track record mentoring engineers and driving complex systems.

• Strong problem-solving & communication skills.

• Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
