Responsibilities:

We are looking for the visionary who will turn raw concepts into irresistibly polished player journeys. As our UI/UX Designer, you'll dissect the markets best, harness AI to accelerate ideation, and craft juicy, on-trend interfaces that captivate Western casual audiences. From building a cohesive design system to prototyping fresh event flows, you'll own every pixel that shapes how millions experience our games driving both delight and revenue in a fast-moving,startup-style environment.


Core Responsibilities


  • Event & Feature UX Draft end-to-end flows for live-ops screens, offers, and new mechanics; produce rapid wireframe alternatives.
  • Visual Design & Art Production Create highly aesthetic casual-game UI assets; leverage AI for quick iterations; build final layouts in Figma and export dev-ready atlases while keeping reusability in mind. <<This will be where a major part of your time will be dedicated to>>
  • Design-System Ownership Define and maintain cohesive colour, typography, dialog, and button kits; manage components in a shared Figma library.
  • Competitive Teardowns Deconstruct reference titles and catalogue flows, screens, and event structures in Figma / Notion.
  • Juice & Motion Specify micro-interactions, UI Vfx & collaborate with animators to implement.
  • Cross-functional Communication & implementation Write lean specs; optimise sprite sheets / atlases for memory and APK size; work closely with engineers on integration. Convince & influence timebound outcomes
  • User-Centred Iteration Conduct & Review play-test videos and soft-launch data; prototype quick fixes in Figma or Unity; champion accessibility basics.
  • AI-Driven Workflows - Use of latest AI workflows for asset produtcion



Must-Have Experience & Skills


  • Hands-on UI/UX work on 1 shipped Game title or 2-3 shipped Apps
    (ideally western women-targeted).
  • UI Art chops Portfolio of polished, on-trend mobile game interfaces,
    icons, HUDs.
  • Tools Proficiency - Adobe Suite (PS, IL, Sketch), Figma
  • AI-first mindset Demonstrated use of Gen-AI tools (Midjourney, PS GenAI, ChatGPT)& eagerness to master new workflows.
  • Western-audience sensibility Grasp of colour, composition, humour, and cultural cues that resonate in North America & Europe.
  • Clear communicator & team advocate Able to pitch, defend, and
    (politely) push back on UX decisions. 
  • Multi-hatter mentality Comfortable shifting between research, wireframing, visual design, light animation, writing specs and dev hand-off.

    3. Strong academic foundation Degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or
    similar.
    4. Toolbelt extras After Effects / Lottie, Spine-2D, Unity 3d
    5. Data fluency Reads A/B dashboards and retention funnels to steer UI
    iterations.
    6. Concept Art Abilities- Comfortable with making concept art and working on
    photoshop
