Full Stack Developer (Unity, GoLang)

Responsibilities: What is the gig about

Our games are built with Unity3D on frontend and Golang, Python on the platform side. In this role, you'll be instrumental in bringing amazing consumer game experiences to life through technology.

1. Design, develop, and implement game mechanics & features across both frontend (Unity3D) and backend (Golang/Python).
2. Design and develop backend services and internal client SDKs used by multiple games.
3. Integrate SDKs and work with third parties to support UA, Ads, Payments, Analytics etc.
4. Help estimate and plan workcycles.
5. Build systems with scalability, maintainability, performance, and reusability in mind.
6. Ensure the security and reliability of backend systems.
7. Deliver code that meets the highest quality standards and adheres to best practices/
8. Perform regular code reviews, follow best practices and share knowledge with teammates.
9. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, artists, game testers) to achieve project goals.
10. Having fun and being awesome overall.

About You:  Bonus points for each of these

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Computer engineering or similar field is preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience working with Unity, SDKs, and backend systems.
3. Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Golang, JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, etc.).
4. Proven fundamental programming skills (algorithms, data structures, OOP, OS, networking, cloud platforms).
5. Experience with source control management tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
6. Good Communication skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (UX, game design, PM) in an agile environment.
7. Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of game mechanics.
