Unity Game Developer

We are looking for:

A skilled developer with 3-4 years of Unity game development experience. We are seeking a self-learner who can ensure a strong player experience through detail-oriented integration. This is a critical, high-impact role in the studio, and you will report directly to our CTO. You must have a systematic, meticulous approach and be a calm, collaborative team player. If you are the right fit, well offer you a competitive package along with ESOPs.

Responsibilities/Domain:

We need you to:

• Set up scenes and game objects in Unity to ensure compatibility across platforms and resolutions.
• Integrate models, animations, art, VFX, and audio into scenes, synchronized with game logic.
• Profile and optimize to ensure performance across selected devices.
• Work closely with UX and feature designers to maintain visual and audio fidelity.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of Unity experience in a game studio with publicly published titles.
• Proficiency with Unity Game Objects and Prefabs.
• Experience with cross-platform setup, including scaling and debugging for various aspect ratios.
• Familiarity with profiling tools and optimization techniques.
• Basic understanding of C# scripting.
• A passion for core games.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Strong coding skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
