The role is suitable for professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven model, value flexibility, and can manage recruitment work independently. There is no fixed salary; earnings are linked directly to successful placements.

Playdawn is a niche gaming recruitment agency working closely with game studios across mobile, PC, console, and emerging technology segments. We focus on quality hiring, realistic hiring processes, and long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

We do not work with gambling or real-money gaming companies.


What You'll Be Responsible For

As an independent consultant, you will:

  • Work on active gaming roles shared by Playdawn

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and your own channels
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, intent, and role fit

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Share well-qualified profiles with clear notes and context

  • Coordinate with Playdawn on feedback, interviews, and closures

This role requires consistent follow-ups, structured sourcing, and quality judgment.

This role is:

  • Commission-based with uncapped earning potential

  • Remote and flexible

  • Outcome-focused rather than hours-based


This role is not:

  • A fixed-salary HR role

  • Inbound-only or resume-forwarding work
