Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to play a vital role in providing payroll support, ensuring accurate and timely payroll services. This role involves managing payroll setup and administrative tasks and adapting to varying pay run requirements. 


About the Role

  • Manage payroll changes and data entry for pay runs with minimal assistance. 
  • Ensure adherence to internal deadlines prioritising effectively. 
  • Communicate effectively, summarising information professionally in correspondence. 
  • Collaborate with the Bureau Team to maintain high standards of support for clients. 
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of payroll information. 
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service. 
  • Prioritise client interests, ensuring they are at the heart of everything we do. 
  • Understand and adhere to company's values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills, as requested.


About You

  • Proficiency in IT skills including the Microsoft suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must be able to use VLOOKUP and Subtotal/Totals in Excel. 
  • Experience of working in an environment that requires a high level of discretion, sensitivity, and interpersonal interaction. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment, adapt, demonstrate initiative, and cope with continuing change and maintain performance under stressful conditions.
  • High level of attention to detail. 
  • Effective communication skills – both oral and written. 
  • Strong organisational skills – able to plan, organise, prioritise, and schedule workloads.
