Digital Designer Rich Media (Aus Account) | Day Shift | WFH

Platinum Outsourcing is one of Australia's fastest growing companies, we are a co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

We are seeking a Digital Designer with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in rich media. Ideally within an agency environment in an English speaking market.

Our client is a leading Australian, fast growing ecommerce, B-Corp company with multi-award winning products.

Digital/Graphic Design

• Demonstrates a highly technical and strong understanding of design and creative principles

• Create all digital graphic and motion content that may include: EDM's, direct social adverts, display advertising and more.

• Create and output printed graphic assets to support showroom activations

• Work with the Creative Manager on the maintenance and development of the client brand

• Take initiative to proactively identify and pitch new content opportunities

Video

• Create and develop content (audio/video) to communicate all parts of our brand & brand story to current & potential customers. This includes all organic and paid channels (e.g., Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest).

• Work with Social Media Specialist to bring organic social content to life

• Work with our paid agency to bring paid social content to life

• Work independently, as well as part of a team to ideate, script, storyboard and set deadlines to achieve set project deliverables

• Edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.

What We're Seeking:

• 5 years experience as a Digital Designer in rich media. Ideally within an agency environment in an English speaking market.
• Experience across all organic and paid channels (e.g., Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest).
• Proven track record of high quality graphic design and rich media for global brands
• Relevant undergraduate degree
