We are currently seeking talented, full-time Senior Planning and Scheduling Managers for a Life Science and Industrial Manufacturing project.

Job Description

  • Lead key assignments, provide strategic direction, and establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee planning and scheduling functions for projects and tenders, ensuring effective implementation of frameworks and management of performance across capital programs.
  • Analyze large volumes of schedule data to identify trends, risks, and issues, and apply KPI-driven performance management techniques to improve project outcomes.
  • Direct and manage a program scheduling team, ensuring the application of planning methodologies and overseeing project governance, processes, and systems for successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary interface between clients and consultants, ensuring timely communication of project information, and preparing progress reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice from project inception to completion, lead trend analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to deliver effective solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree (MS/MBA preferred) with a professional qualification, and membership in industry organizations (e.g., APM, RICS, AACE) demonstrating ongoing professional development.
  • Proven leadership in managing integrated teams on large, complex, multi-phase capital programs, particularly in life sciences and industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Expertise in planning/scheduling, EVM, and project controls, with proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel; knowledgeable in multiple project delivery methods, including design-build and construction manager at risk.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with extensive experience in property/infrastructure project management and a solid understanding of data management practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and awareness of how carbon and sustainability considerations impact project planning and execution.

The estimated salary for this position is starting at $125,000. Actual salary will vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
