Job Description

The divisions develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.

Your contribution to something big:

Organize and facilitate Scrum Events of SW developer teams.

Teach and uphold the Scrum values, have passion for the process and methods

Be the scrum process authority, ensuring that the values, principles, and practices are enacted and followed

Create and lead effective retrospective exercises

Deliver effective conflict resolution

Being an expert in estimation and planning techniques, and be able to explain and teach release planning in an empirical environment

Act as a servant leader to enable the teams to achieve the project goals

Be a master of techniques to improve the efficiency of the SW development teams

Deliver effective methods and practices for managing and resolving impediments

Coach and support a Product Owner/Project manager in effective techniques for backlog creation, management, and refinement

Demonstrate effective techniques for managing team interruptions, and for protecting the team in a sprint

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar

Broad knowledge in informatics, experience in programming

C++, Python, Matlab experience is plus

Solid understanding of software engineering principles (V-model, SW architectures, version management, requirements management, etc.)

Fluent English communication skills

Creativity, analytical and problem solving talent, independent way of working

Good team player, strong communication and multicultural abilities, taking responsibility

Willingness to travel
