What You'll Do

Design & Build:
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions to support complex crypto and business data requirements.

Optimize & Scale:
Enhance data infrastructure performance, implement robust data quality frameworks, and build automated monitoring systems.

Empower & Enable:
Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable data solutions that drive strategic insights.

Rapid Response:
Handle time-sensitive and ad-hoc data requests with urgency while maintaining accuracy and system integrity.

What You'll Bring

Experience:
7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, with mandatory exposure to the crypto / blockchain industry.

Data Architecture Expertise:
Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehouse design, and ETL best practices.

Technical Proficiency:
Experience with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, Airflow/DBT, AWS, and distributed systems.

Systems Thinking:
Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka/Kinesis) and optimization of large-scale data workflows.

Agility:
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and respond quickly to evolving business needs.
