SG Off Trade and EC KA Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading global spirits company, were looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow on their modern off trade and e-commerce channels in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing top-tier retail accounts across Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, CVS, and EC platforms, working with some of the worlds most renowned spirits & whisky brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts (e.g., FairPrice, Don Don Donki, 7-Eleven, Cold Storage).
• Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to execute promotional plans and brand activations in store and online.
• Develop annual account plans and promotional calendars to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee RTM transition from distributor-led to direct engagement with key accounts.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, trade spend, and ROI to optimize business decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure execution excellence.
• Lead a small team including an EC specialist (focused on platforms like Foodpanda) and 2 merchandisers (agency headcount).

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience managing modern trade key accounts in FMCG, beverages, or food.
• Strong understanding of Super/Hypermarkets, CVS, and E-Commerce dynamics in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience with distributor management and/or RTM transitions is a plus.
• Track record in sales forecasting, trade planning, and delivering commercial targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
