Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who is proficient in both Japanese and English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT-related sales and a strong ability to connect client needs with tailored solutions. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue and margin targets by aligning client needs with company solutions.
  • Own the commercial agreement and ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key business drivers and opportunities.
  • Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage an effective sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English is essential.
  2. Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of overall sales experience, with at least 3 years in IT-related sales.
  4. Strong reporting skills to communicate progress and insights with management.
  5. A positive and engaging attitude to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Expertise in sales pipeline management and an ability to drive results.
