Shopper Marketing Manager - SEA, GTR (Contact)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Manager - GTR for a contract role focusing on Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Oceania. The ideal candidate will drive innovative shopper marketing strategies and activations to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in the travel retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies aligned with global brand plans.
• Plan and implement 360-degree campaigns to drive in-store and online purchases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand visibility and premiumization efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage budget allocation and ensure ROI on marketing investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade, customer, or shopper marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business impact.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally occasionally.
