We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator on behalf of our client to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects and maintaining efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Quotation Preparation: Your primary responsibility will be preparing quotations, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery to clients.
- Order Processing: You will process orders and diligently follow up until the completion of each project, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contract Management: Utilize your experience in contract management to oversee and maintain the contractual aspects of the projects.
- Monthly Billing: Calculate and consolidate monthly usage billing amounts to facilitate timely invoicing.
- Data Entry: You will be responsible for various data entry tasks, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide support for any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Requirements:
- To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support or coordination roles.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential to manage various aspects of the job effectively.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is a must.
- Meticulous: Attention to detail is crucial in preparing accurate quotations and maintaining precise records.
- Self-Driven: You should be self-driven, taking initiative in managing tasks and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Follow-up Skills: Strong follow-up skills are necessary to ensure that projects are completed successfully and clients are satisfied.
- Working Hours: The working hours for this position are from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
