Job Description & Requirements

Are you passionate about Windows-based infrastructure and IT support? Our IT client is hiring a Wintel System Support Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Windows-based infrastructure.
• Maintain system security and availability.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS-related issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with support vendors.
• Support Windows Server systems.
• Assist in disaster recovery.
• Manage server OS patching.
• Monitor systems with monitoring software.
• Administer Windows Active Directory and core services.
• Be flexible with working hours.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• ITE or Diploma holder.
• Minimum a year of experience.
• Basic network, server, and storage knowledge.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Strong debugging and problem analysis skills.
