Job Description & Requirements

Are you passionate about ensuring seamless voice and video communication in a dynamic work environment? Our IT client is seeking a Voice Support Engineer and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing their communication infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level operational support for Voice and Video-related incidents.
• Administer and maintain Cisco CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
• Monitor Voice and Video infrastructure capacity and performance to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Lead and coordinate Voice and Video infrastructure changes and upgrades.
• Identify and troubleshoot telephony system issues, delivering effective solutions.
• Implement preventative measures to optimize uptime and performance.
• Be flexible, as this position may require working outside normal business hours.
• Collaborate on tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an ITE or Diploma in an IT-related field.
• Welcoming junior candidates with at least 1 year of experience supporting VOIP, video conferencing, and LAN technologies.
• Basic knowledge of VOIP and Video solutions.
• Familiarity with LAN and network troubleshooting.
