Associate Procurement Director, Medical Devices

Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking an Associate Procurement Director to drive centralised Procurement functions for their operations in Singapore. 

This leadership role will drive sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, category management, and procurement transformation initiatives across critical supply chain functions. 

The successful candidate will lead high-impact procurement operations, strengthen vendor performance, and ensure operational readiness for essential medical and laboratory supplies.

We are looking for professionals with:

• 10+ years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience
• Strong background in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or laboratory supplies
• Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
