Senior Procurement Director, Healthcare

We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization to appoint a senior procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing and supply chain transformation across critical categories.

This leadership role will oversee enterprise-wide procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, contract management, and operational resilience initiatives across multiple categories. The position will play a key role in strengthening procurement governance, driving cost optimization, and ensuring supply continuity for essential operational services.

Key requirements:

• 15+ years of strategic procurement and supply chain leadership experience
• Strong background within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or complex matrix organizations
• Proven success leading large-scale sourcing transformation and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiations, procurement governance, and supply resiliency
• Strong leadership, analytical, and change management capabilities
