Production Manager

- Job Title: Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with market demand and delivery schedules.
* Supervise all production stages and ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
* Monitor production performance and analyze KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
* Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement teams to guarantee continuous workflow.
* Lead production teams, assign tasks, and monitor discipline and work quality.
* Optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, particularly chemical handling protocols.
* Monitor raw material and packaging inventory and coordinate with relevant departments.
* Identify manpower needs and recommend necessary staffing levels.
* Prepare daily and weekly production reports for senior management.
* Participate in product development and production line enhancement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7-10  years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in detergent or chemical industries.
* Proven experience in managing production teams.
* Strong knowledge of mixing, filling, and packaging operations.
* Familiarity with ISO quality standards.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in computer skills and production management systems.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

* وضع وتنفيذ خطة الإنتاج اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية بما يتوافق مع طلبات السوق وجداول التسليم.
* الإشراف على جميع مراحل الإنتاج لضمان تطبيق المعايير الفنية ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بصناعة المنظفات.
* إدارة ومراقبة أداء خطوط الإنتاج وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).
* التنسيق المستمر مع أقسام الجودة، الصيانة، والمشتريات لضمان استمرارية عمليات الإنتاج دون توقف.
* قيادة فريق الإنتاج وتوزيع المهام ومراقبة الانضباط وجودة العمل.
* تطوير الإجراءات التشغيلية وإدارة التحسين المستمر لرفع الكفاءة وتقليل الهدر.
* ضمان الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة المهنية والبيئة داخل المصنع، خصوصًا التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية.
* متابعة مخزون المواد الخام والعبوات والتأكد من توفرها بالكميات اللازمة.
* تحديد الاحتياجات من العمالة والمهارات المطلوبة ورفع التوصيات للإدارة.
* إعداد تقارير الإنتاج اليومية والأسبوعية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
* المشاركة في تطوير وتحديث المنتجات وخطوط الإنتاج.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

* شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية، الهندسة الصناعية، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
* خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في مجال التصنيع، ويفضّل في مصانع المنظفات أو الكيماويات.
* خبرة في إدارة الفرق الفنية والعمالية.
* معرفة قوية بعمليات التصنيع وخطوط الخلط والتعبئة.
* إلمام بمعايير الجودة ISO.
* مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
* إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج الإنتاج وأنظمة تخطيط الموارد.
