Monitoring Specialist / Monitoring Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the design and implementation of monitoring plans for ongoing projects.

Supervise field monitoring activities and ensure data collection tools are correctly used.

Provide mentorship and training to Monitoring Field team and Assistants.

Analyze monitoring findings and flag issues to the Senior M&E and program teams.

Ensure quality control of data collected through regular checks and verification processes.

Contribute to the development and review of monitoring tools and frameworks.

Prepare high-level monitoring summaries and dashboards for internal use.

Collaborate with program teams to improve implementation based on monitoring results.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. A Masters or PhD is preferred.

5-7+ years of relevant experience in M&E roles, including technical leadership.

Excellent knowledge of monitoring methodologies and tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and report writing skills.

Proficiency in data collection platforms (e.g., Kobo, ODK).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• قيادة وتنسيق تصميم وتنفيذ خطط المتابعة للمشاريع الجارية.

• الإشراف على أنشطة المتابعة الميدانية وضمان الاستخدام الصحيح لأدوات جمع البيانات.

• تقديم التوجيه والتدريب لفريق المتابعة الميدانية والمساعدين.

• تحليل نتائج المتابعة وتحديد القضايا ورفعها إلى فرق المتابعة والتقييم العليا والبرامج.

• ضمان ضبط جودة البيانات المجمعة من خلال عمليات تحقق ومراجعة منتظمة.

• المساهمة في تطوير ومراجعة أدوات وأطر المتابعة والتقييم.

• إعداد تقارير موجزة ولوحات بيانات عالية المستوى لاستخدامها داخليًا.

• التعاون مع فرق البرامج لتحسين تنفيذ الأنشطة بناءً على نتائج المتابعة.

  

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو دراسات التنمية أو مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل حملة الماجستير أو الدكتوراه.

• خبرة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 7 سنوات أو أكثر في أدوار المتابعة والتقييم، بما في ذلك القيادة الفنية.

• معرفة ممتازة بمنهجيات وأدوات المتابعة.

• مهارات قوية في القيادة، والتواصل، وكتابة التقارير.

• إجادة استخدام منصات جمع البيانات مثل (Kobo، ODK).
