* Job Summary:

Managing, planning, and implementing technical projects according to defined objectives, schedule, and budget, ensuring high-quality project delivery that meets client requirements.

*Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed project plans and work schedules
• Assigning tasks to team members and monitoring their progress  
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and transform them into executable tasks
• Managing risks and challenges that may face the project's progress
• Monitoring performance indicators and periodic reports
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Coordinating with other departments such as programming, design, quality, and technical support
• Using project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or Jira 

*Qualifications and Experience:

• A university degree in software engineering, business administration, or a similar major. 
• At least 1 year of experience in managing technical projects.
• Scrum/Agile or PM certification is a plus. 

*Required skills:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.

*المسؤوليات: 

إعداد خطط المشروع التفصيلية وجدول العمل
توزيع المهام على أعضاء الفريق ومتابعة تقدمهم
التواصل مع العمالء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتحويلها إلى مهام قابلة للتنفيذ
إدارة المخاطر والتحديات التي قد تواجه سير المشروع
متابعة مؤشرات األداء والتقارير الدورية
ضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وبحسب الميزانية
التنسيق مع األقسام األخرى مثل البرمجة، التصميم، الجودة، والدعم الفني
استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل ClickUp أو Trello أو Jira

*المؤهلات والخبرات: 

شهادة جامعية في هندسة البرمجيات أو إدارة األعمال أو تخصص مشابه
خبرة ال تقل عن 1 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع التقنية
شهادة تعتبر ميزة إضافية Scrum/Agile أو PM

مهارات تنظيمية عالية
مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة
SDLC فهم جيد لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات
القدرة على تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات
