Quality Manager

* Job Summary:

Ensuring the highest levels of quality in the software products and services provided by the company, by setting and monitoring the implementation of quality standards, and ensuring the team's commitment to them. 

*Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality strategies and standards.
• Lead the quality team and oversee their daily tasks.
• Establish policies and mechanisms for software quality testing and documenting results.
• Review test results and monitor performance to ensure product compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with programming and project teams to correct defects and improve quality.
• Conduct periodic audits and analyse the causes of problems to avoid recurrence.
• Prepare periodic reports on quality status and improvement notes.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as CMMI or ISO, if applicable.

*Qualifications and Experience:

• A university degree in software engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
• At least 1-year experience in software quality or software testing.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Postman, JIRA, and Selenium.
• Certifications such as ISTQB are an added advantage. 

*Required skills:

• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Good communication skills with various departments.
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

*المسؤوليات:

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات ومعايير الجودة
قيادة فريق الجودة ومتابعة مهامهم اليومية
وضع سياسات وآليات الختبار جودة البرامج وتوثيق النتائج
مراجعة نتائج االختبارات ومراقبة األداء لضمان توافق المنتج مع المواصفات
التعاون مع فرق البرمجة والمشاريع لتصحيح العيوب وتحسين الجودة
إجراء تدقيقات دورية وتحليالت ألسباب المشاكل لتفادي تكرارها
إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة الجودة والمالحظات التحسينية
التأكد من التوافق مع المعايير العالمية مثل .CMMI أو ISO إن وجدت

*المؤهلات والخبرات:

شهادة جامعية في هندسة البرمجيات أو نظم المعلومات أو ما يعادلها
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الجودة البرمجية أو اختبار البرمجيات
معرفة بأدوات االختبار مثل وغيرها Postman ،JIRA ،Selenium
تعتبر ميزة إضافية شهادات مثل  ISTQB
