Job Description:

We are looking for an architect to work in an engineering company. He has very good experience in this field in addition to design programs. It will also play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects. You will be responsible for applying engineering principles and techniques to create innovative and sustainable building designs. The architect will collaborate with the team and clients to ensure that projects meet design specifications, adhere to building codes, and are executed within budget and time constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Architectural Engineer or a similar role in the engineering or architectural industry.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction standards.
• Strong skills in using AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, and other relevant software programs are essential.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software and engineering calculation methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in designing and evaluating architectural solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities::

• Create architectural designs, drawings, and models using AutoCAD and other software programs.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Generate realistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs of architectural designs using software such as 3ds Max.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and approval.
• Ensure design compatibility and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
• Ensure architectural designs meet local building codes and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in architectural design, software tools, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to develop architectural concepts and design solutions.

المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة عمل مثبتة كمهندس معماري أو دور مماثل في الصناعة الهندسية أو المعمارية.
معرفة قوية بمبادئ التصميم المعماري وقوانين البناء ومعايير البناء.
تعد المهارات القوية في استخدام AutoCAD للرسم ثنائي الأبعاد وبرامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد مثل  ds Max والبرامج الأخرى ذات الصلة أمرًا ضروريًا.
الإلمام ببرامج التحليل الإنشائي وطرق الحساب الهندسي.
مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل في تصميم وتقييم الحلول المعمارية.
مهارات الاتصال والتعاون الفعال للعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.



المسؤوليات:

إنشاء التصميمات المعمارية والرسومات والنماذج باستخدام برنامج AutoCAD والبرامج الأخرى.
 إعداد رسومات تفصيلية ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد ومخططات الطوابق والارتفاعات والأقسام ووثائق البناء.
إنشاء تصورات وعروض وإرشادات ثلاثية الأبعاد واقعية للتصميمات المعمارية باستخدام برامج مثل 3 ds Max.
تقديم مفاهيم التصميم للعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة للمراجعة والموافقة.
التأكد من توافق التصميم وحل أي تعارضات أو مشكلات قد تنشأ.
التأكد من أن التصميمات المعمارية تلبي قوانين البناء المحلية ومعايير إمكانية الوصول.
البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالتطورات في التصميم المعماري وأدوات البرمجيات واتجاهات الصناعة.
التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتطوير المفاهيم المعمارية وحلول التصميم.
