Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in-store with product selection, sizing, and styling.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
- Keep the store tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Support with stock arrangement, restocking, and basic inventory tasks.
- Handle in-store sales transactions and communicate promotions to customers.
Content Creation Duties:
- Plan, film, and edit engaging Instagram Reels that feature new arrivals, styling ideas, behind-the-scenes, and trends.
- Appear confidently on camera to present outfits, trends.
- Collaborate with the team to come up with creative ideas for Reels and Stories.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, music, and formats relevant to fashion content.
Requirements:
- Passion for fashion and good sense of style.
- Comfortable using Instagram and filming/editing Reels (basic skills).
- Friendly, energetic, and confident in dealing with customers and on camera.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask between sales duties and content creation.
- Experience in retail or content creation is a plus, but not required.

استقبال ومساعدة العملاء داخل المتجر في اختيار المنتجات، وتحديد المقاسات، وتصميم الأزياء.
تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، والحفاظ على بيئة تسوق مريحة.
الحفاظ على نظافة المتجر وتنظيمه وجاذبيته البصرية.
الدعم في ترتيب المخزون، وإعادة التخزين، ومهام الجرد الأساسية.
إدارة معاملات البيع داخل المتجر، وتوصيل العروض الترويجية للعملاء.
مهام إنشاء المحتوى:
خطط، وصوّر، وحرّر مقاطع إنستغرام جذابة تعرض أحدث المنتجات، وأفكارًا للأزياء، ومشاهد من وراء الكواليس، وصيحات الموضة.
اظهر بثقة أمام الكاميرا لعرض الأزياء والصيحات.
تعاون مع الفريق لابتكار أفكار إبداعية لمقاطع إنستغرام والقصص.
ابقَ على اطلاع بأحدث صيحات إنستغرام، والموسيقى، والتنسيقات المتعلقة بمحتوى الموضة.
المتطلبات:
شغف بالموضة وحسٌّ رفيعٌ بالأناقة.
إجادة استخدام انستغرام وتصوير/تحرير مقاطع الفيديو (مهارات أساسية).
ودود، نشيط، وواثق في التعامل مع العملاء وأمام الكاميرا.
مهارات تواصل وتفاعل جيدة.
القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة بين مهام المبيعات وإنشاء المحتوى.
الخبرة في مجال تجارة التجزئة أو إنشاء المحتوى ميزة إضافية، ولكنها ليست شرطًا أساسيًا.
