Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow both retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in modern trade, key retail accounts, and online sales platforms, with the ability to drive channel performance, visibility, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies for retail and e-commerce platforms
- Manage relationships with key retail partners and leading e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online)
- Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets across all assigned channels
- Plan and execute promotions, listings, and pricing strategies to maximize sales performance
- Negotiate trade terms, marketing investments, and visibility agreements with retailers and online platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize product listings, campaigns, and digital content
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and fulfillment performance across online and offline channels
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Lead product launches and online activation campaigns with measurable ROI
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of experience in channel or key account management within FMCG or consumer goods, with proven e-commerce sales experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC retail and e-commerce ecosystems
- Proven track record of managing both modern trade and online channels
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using sales dashboards and digital analytics tools
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and e-commerce dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partners Hub)
- Valid KSA driving license
