Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, attract, and engage top talent across multiple functions and industries. The ideal candidate has strong research and sourcing skills, understands recruitment technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Build and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media, and niche platforms
- Identify, qualify, and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future openings
- Screen and pre-qualify candidates to ensure alignment with job criteria and company culture
- Track sourcing metrics (response rate, conversion, time-to-pipeline, etc.) and optimize accordingly
- Ensure data accuracy and candidate updates within the ATS or CRM systems
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company professionally online
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing innovations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 6 - 10 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in an agency or RPO setup
- Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing automation tools
- Experience sourcing across different functions and regions (MENA and GCC)
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote setting
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
