Position Title: Front Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
2. Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update office records and documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
3. Customer Service:
- Respond to inquiries from clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Handle general questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Office Coordination:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary.
5. Other Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and copying.
- Assist in the organization of office events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
