Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

3. Market Research:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for product/service enhancements.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
