Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to enhance the performance and professional growth of team members.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the freight forwarding industry.
- Identify and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and industry standards.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with sales transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management within the freight forwarding industry.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
