About the job General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire studio operation, driving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across a team of 80+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of the 3 Studios ( Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Doha ( Qatar)
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
  • Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff
  • Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence
  • Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets


Key Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Must have managed at least 60+ employees (including remote staff) in structured, customer-focused environments
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years in General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager roles within reputable brands
  • Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving financial targets and operational KPIs, especially in high-pressure environments. Candidates should be highly motivated and "hungry for money"
  • Decision Maker: Independent, capable of making informed decisions quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Adaptable: Flexible in a dynamic work environment, open to continuous improvement and change.
  • Empathetic: Able to connect with both team members and clients, maintaining a positive, supportive culture.
  • Management Experience: Proven ability to manage large teams, including remotely, and ensure high levels of team engagement and performance.
