F&B Service Assistant

Position Title: F&B Service Assistant

Location: Ajman

Employment Type: Full-time 

Compensation: Salary, Accomodation, Transportation, Food Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:

• Greet and seat guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with a positive attitude.

2. Food & Beverage Operations:

• Assist in preparing and setting up dining areas, including table settings and decoration.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented in line with standards.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas throughout service.
• Refill beverages and maintain table service during meals.

3. Health & Safety:

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of food, utensils, and equipment.

4. Team Support:

• Assist kitchen staff and bartenders as needed.
• Help with inventory management and restocking items.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

5. Cash Handling & Billing:

• Handle customer bills and payments accurately.
• Process cash, card, and other forms of payment through the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in F&B service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
