Role Summary:

The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and time management.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
