Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our traditional FMCG sales operations across 7 cities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in wholesale or traditional trade (preferably in the flower or FMCG sector), with proven skills in managing field teams, driving sales, and ensuring excellent collection performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams across 7 cities to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and traditional trade partners.
  • Implement structured sales processes and reporting mechanisms.
  • Coach and train field teams on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Monitor and improve collection performance in all regions.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Develop city-wise growth strategies, ensuring effective execution at the ground level.
  • Ensure team compliance with company standards, pricing policies, and operational SOPs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong background in traditional trade or wholesale (flower industry experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in managing geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent training, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment with clear KPIs and targets.
  • Good understanding of collection and credit management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned cities.
