Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing projects, developing content, supporting brand strategy, conducting market analysis, and optimizing marketing performance. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and email
  • Align campaigns with strategic business and brand objectives
  • Monitor and optimize performance through data analysis and reporting


2. Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, e-commerce, customer service) and external vendors
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate campaign performance


3. Content Development & Copy Review

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop digital and print marketing materials
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Contribute to writing copy for social media, email, brochures, and catalogs when needed


4. Branding & Creative Direction

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials
  • Participate in brand strategy development and creative concept ideation
  • Implement creative executions that enhance brand awareness and positioning


5. Digital Marketing & Website

  • Manage daily digital marketing activities including SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media
  • Collaborate on website updates and enhancements to improve user experience (UI/UX)
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms to improve campaign performance


6. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior insights
  • Benchmark competitor performance and propose actionable improvements
  • Support marketing decisions with data-backed insights and recommendations


7. Event & Activation Support

  • Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and product launches as needed
  • Prepare marketing materials and visual assets for on-site use
  • Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities to ensure consistency and impact


Requirements:

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably mid-level or senior
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and industry trends
  • Experience in campaign execution, content development, and brand support
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
