Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the company. The role ensures smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and effective support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate records, employee files, and internal databases
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents as required
- Assist with onboarding documentation and office access setup
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and organized
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic
