Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Headhunter) to assist in managing core HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction through sourcing, assessing, and connecting with exceptional talent across various industries. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online networks.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate base in various industries.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Match candidates to the specific needs of our clients based on job requirements.
- Understand client or company requirements and industry-specific hiring needs.
- Provide tailored recommendations for candidates to meet their objectives.
- Nurture relationships with potential candidates and passive job seekers.
- Actively engage with industry professionals through social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Learn and use recruitment platforms effectively to streamline hiring efforts.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure seamless workflow processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and Thai labor laws.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Must have pleasing personality and willingness to learn processes.
- Must be comfortable working with employee databases, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Should demonstrate a collaborative approach and strong team communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
